We use Sencha (uncooked) green tea to brew our kombuchas. This choice of tea is high in vitamins and antioxidants, which feed the Skoby and maintain the health of our brews. Raw green tea leaves are a great source of polyphenols, which can improve digestion and brain function, balance blood sugar levels, reduce blood pressure, balance cholesterol, and aid in weight loss. Our kombucha provides overall protection for the immune system while also increasing energy. In terms of flavour, our kombucha has fresh rose petals and an earthy aroma with a subtle sweetness and a balanced acidity. It has a slight tartness and a beautiful light floral scent of sencha green tea. With less than 3g of sugar per 330ml serving, our kombucha is a delicious way to nourish your body.
