Kombucha Bros is renowned for its unique approach to brewing kombucha. With a traditional method that involves blending, infusion, and fermentation of natural ingredients, our Master Brewer has mastered the perfect combination of science and art to create an authentic and refreshing, simply delicious beverage.

The process is a beautiful journey that consists of several stages. At the start, we blend premium sencha green tea with filtered water at a specific time and temperature, ensuring that the culture receives all the necessary nutrients. The tea is then transferred to continuous fermentation tanks with the kombucha culture, where it stays warm and undisturbed for up to six months.

Once the primary ferment is ready, the kombucha is divided into individual flavouring tanks for the secondary ferment. Wholesome raw ingredients such as botanicals, herbs, and fruits are added to create a flavoursome botanical extract. This delicate process is both time and temperature-specific and requires the utmost care.

The live botanical kombucha is then thoroughly stirred, filtered, conditioned, and carbonated, producing a depth of flavour, rich texture, and mouthfeel that makes Kombucha Bros beverages unique. Our time-honoured process ensures each can and bottle is chocker full of beneficial probiotics, vitamins and nutrients keeping your body in balance and your mind alive.

Finally, the flavour varieties are packaged into cans, PET, or kegs and shipped out for your enjoyment.
